How Far in Advance Do I Have to Book?

We recommend booking as soon as you have your event date and location confirmed. Our calendar fills up quickly, especially during peak wedding and party seasons, so securing your spot early ensures availability.

Can I Serve Non-Alcoholic Drinks?

Absolutely! Our taps can pour beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, lemonade, cold brew — you name it. Whether your event is alcohol-free or you just want a fun mix of options, we’ll make it happen.

Do I Need a Liquor License?

Nope! We don’t sell or provide alcohol. You supply the beverages, and we take care of chilling, serving, and keeping the setup looking great. This means you can order your drinks from your favorite local store, brewery, or winery without worrying about licensing.

What’s the Delivery Area?

We’re based in Cleveland and serve all of Northeast Ohio. Delivery within our core service area is included (15mile radius of 44111), We can travel further for an additional fee. Share your event location when booking so we can provide the best options for setup and delivery.

How Long is the Rental Period? (4hr min)

Our standard rental covers setup, service during your event, and breakdown at the end — typically 4–6 hours of service time. If you need the trailer for a longer event, just let us know and we can customize your rental.

Yes! We love creating a cohesive look. From balloon colors to custom signage and garnish styling, we can tailor the trailer setup to match your wedding palette, party theme, or seasonal vibe, please give us advance time to curate your color scheme.
